I don't know what a PUC is or even if I need it. I can't get past it as it gives me a locked SIM. How do I get what I need to get my phone working again?

I did go to customer service and they installed another SIM and told me that when I go overseas I need to come back and get another SIM.

Hi there Fridayna!I'm really glad that you were able to get your PUK code to unlock your phone. If you do have an iPhone 5 you can access your PUK from vzw.com as Silver6056 mentioned!
