Received my new iPhone 11 and couldn’t get it activated as screen reads “Remote Management”. After 2 hours on phone with Apple and another 2 hours with Verizon Rep, was told they could replace non working phone with a new one as it was less than 14 days since receiving it. Signed new contract for replacement iphone 11 that’s on back order. Was told return box would be sent but I haven’t gotten it yet. Been 5 days.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
