I ordered the iPhone X on line from Verizon, confirmed 12/5. 2 business day delivery. UPS tracking notes that the package has been in Jacksonville Florida since 12/6. UPS tracking also indicated that the package was "loaded on vehicle for delivery today".That was on 12/8. As of today 12/11, the package , per UPS had been "loaded on vehicle for delivery today", this is the third time it has been "loaded". Now the date has changed again to 12/12-"by the end of day". Poor poor service, leading the customer that the 2 business day service is legit. This is not a UPS issue, rather a Verizon issue, as they have engaged UPS for their deliveries. What has happened to the formerly high quality customer service from Verizon . . .
