VZ lost my preordered phone, and is dragging heels on canceling it. They provided a tracking number, but never sent the phone to Fedex (confirmed by Fedex). When I call, they keep saying it ships on the 22nd, not that it arrives on the 22nd. I was also told on the phone that the stores will not have Iphone 15 until next week! I had to conference in the store to prove the phone is readily available, so please cancel the order. They said they did, and I drove to the store to find out they never cancelled it. Another hour on the phone from the parking lot, and was told it will be cancelled by tomorrow.
I stayed home to sign for it today and will be our of the state all next week, and will not be able to sign for it if they manage to find it.
