I have a bad feeling that it is not included, and I am not going to pay any more for it...
A Visual Voice Mail is included with the iPhone5 since it is run through Apple's system and not Verizon Wireless.
I cannot get it to work. Any tips?
Go to phone voice mail then set it up.
