We have a legacy 12g plan with 2 phones on it. My iPhone se 1st gen works like garbage. Verizon 1 bar while someone with the same model phone with a new verizon plan gets all bars while sitting on this couch. Bluetooth and WiFi conflicts constantly causing crashes etc.
Reset the phone numerous times...
Why a different level of service?
Is Verizon hosing us?

The SE also originally came with 16GB of storage while the refresh had 32GB. Different batches and refreshes happened with the phone. The SE itself wasn't known for having good internal antenna on top of that.
It's not the plan, it's your phone. Try doing a network reset.

We'd be happy to investigate further into this mystery, Saddletramp1. Are there any other Verizon users at this location with a different make/model phone than an SE? If so, what signal do they display? Also, tell us more about this WiFi/Bluetooth conflict.
