Message+ Call Waiting Not working (HD voice OFF, WiFi calling OFF)

I have a new iPhone SE 2020 (same software & processor at iPhone 11).

I have Message+ installed, WiFi Calling OFF.

I'm on a call and another call comes in three options are presented: Accept & End, Dismiss, Accept & Hold. If I select either Accept & End, or Accept & Hold the incoming call goes to voicemail and the current call hangs up.

Once I remove Message+ from the iPhone the normal call waiting behavior resumes.

Anyone else have this issue?

Any way to raise it with Message+ development.

You can provide feedback from within the Message+ app, usually thru Settings. You can also send an email describing your phone model/software version and symptom of issue to the Verizon Messaging Team at verizonmessages at verizonwireless dot com.
