According to my plan I am eligible for NFL network. When i go to sign in the NFL app pn my device, it says user ID doesnt exist. I am putting in the exact user ID I use to sign in to Verizon. I dont get why this is happening, just trying to watch the senior bow in 45 min. started the process over a hour ago! BIIIIIG SAD with verizon right now.
