Power your phone off. This is typically done by holding down the red End button.
Once you have confirmed that the phone is off, power the device back on.

If you have downloaded the netflix app and you are seeing this as an error message, there's a problem. Netflix streaming works beautifully on both of my VZW Iphones.

It works great on my iphone as well. The only app I'm having a problem with loading is the Asurion app for some reason.

Do you have a Netflix subscription? Netflix seems to work on my iphone4. Maybe reinstall the app.

Netflix works great on mine also.

As elaines said, you do need to subscribe. It's around $8/month for instant viewing.
