I have a new 5c. Trying to download my contacts from google. Cannot open iTunes, cloud or app store on my phone. Any suggestions? This is very frustrating. Also hoping to be able to download my calendar from my old Tmobile phone.

oswego65, congratulations on your upgrade to a new iPhone 5C device. I'm here to ease your frustrations. Click http://vz.to/19VlZ0b for the steps to upload your contacts from Google and set up iCloud on your device.
Did you download a 3rd party application to your TMobile device for your calendar entries? Did you save your calendar entries at Google or Gmail?

1- Contacts from Google well that is not going to happen. Android is not iOS
2- You need an Apple Id And Password to enter into the phone in order for it to link to iCloud, iTunes, and the app store.
In closing go to http://www.apple.com and sign up for an account. Then you can use these functions. You might also look into Apple Care since I strongly believe you will need it. And I am not sure but you may not be able to transfer from T-Mobile anything on that former device unless its saved on your computer or in the cloud.

I read the article, I wish I knew about the article before I took every contact off my android devices and printed them out then typed all 900+ contacts a few years ago. I have them in the cloud (iCloud) now, and my android device is on Google.
Good job finding the article.
