New or used iPhone 4

Question

I bought a iPhone 4 from a guy and it was sealed in a box and he says it's new I put it on my line and it seems that it works but I have a couple of questions. First. Are the both bottom speakers suppose to work when your on a call on speaker? I only hear one on the right side when it's on speaker. Second. How do delete one contact of the phone with out having to plug it in to the computer?

Only one is a speaker. The other is a mic. So what you're hearing is normal. To delete a contact just click on edit for that contact and scroll down. You will see a red box labeled "delete contact".
