Official iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black pre order thread!

Ordered mine at 12:27pm as soon as the site was able. 128 gb, jet black 7plus.

i have a ship to by 9/23. Credit card not charged yet.

i ordered mine probably 5 min after u did and got a 10/5 date. but got pushed back to 10/26. super [Removed] about that. I also think its [Removed] that everyone in every other country besides pretty much the USA and the UK got their phones.

How do you release a phone that you know EVERYONE is going to want, with a color EVERYONE is going to want, and then make such a short supply. So dumb. And to not have ANY Pluses in store on launch day is ridiculous. I waited at Verizon for 8 hours to find out they had no pluses when the day before, the guy told me they would have some in every model but not a lot and to get their early. I was first in line. At least apple told people not to bother waiting in line at their stores.

I just think something happened with the 7pluses, it doesn't add up that none were available on launch day and there is such a huge shortage.

I actually think the guy at Verizon slipped up and told me something he shouldn't of. When i waited 8 hours, i said i wanted the iPhone 7 plus in jet black either 128 or 256, he said they have no pluses at all. I said what? How is that possible? He replied and said something about the batteries, but then stopped there because i don't think he was supposed to say anything.

Although he could've got confused with the Galaxy Note 7, regardless, the huge shortage of 7pluses is very very strange...I think Apple and the carriers are hiding something....

To get a delivery date of 10/5 then pushed to 10/26 from preordering within the first 30-35 min, is ridiculous. Period.

finalized order around 1am pacific time for 256gb jet black. my delivery date shows 9/23 but online my shipping date also shows 9/23. don't think they can pull off a same day delivery.

still shows processing and no notice and no cc charge. my daughters 16th birthday is 9/21 so its a bummer she can't get it on birthday. I even upgraded to the top memory for the earlier delivery with big hopes!

there is news that apple customers are seeing improved shipping date and some by several weeks. too bad not Verizon but I wanted the very slow $650 credit.

That's crazy. Finalized at 1am? With a 9/23 delivery? Congrats on that! people who ordered 45 minutes before you are are getting a October delivery date.

And yeah, I figured Apple would make sure their customers got their phones first.

This is by far the worst launch of a new iPhone ever.

Had a ship date of 10/5 then 10/12 and I just checked and now I have no ship date at all. I wonder if that's a good or bad thing

Ordered the Plus 256 Jet Black model. Confirmation email was received on 9/9 at 2:22am Central time. It's said 9/28 for the estimated shipping date since day 1 and as of last night it doesn't say any date at all. Just shows "processing". I have a bad feeling about this.

Mine did the same thing, order the plus 256 JB on 9/9 with confirmation email rec'd 3:17am EST, with ship by date of 9/28. Now it shows no date, just processing and check back later. No CC charged either.....

I have the same issue this morning. Hopefully this is a good thing.

Same here! ordered 9/9 @ 3:34am EST had ship date of 9/23 but today it's just processing. Hope this means I get a ship confirmation later today. Trying to remain positive!

I'm getting the samething as everyone else. Changed from 10/19 shipping date to processing, check back later. I don't understand how they aren't updating anyone on the progress or lack there of. This is what I call bad customer service. It may not be all verizon's fault but they aren't making the situation any better. I am losing respect for Apple with this process. Keeping people informed, good or bad, helps ease people in situations like this.

Yes, communication! That's all. They just could have provided information during preorder that told us that these phone were not going to be available before anytime soon after the launch. Hopefully they are working to fix this issue. I don't want to have to settle for the Galaxy Note 7 Hand grenade.

Just cancelled my JB order with Verizon. After having my ship date pushed from 10/5 to 10/26 with a bunch of bs reasons and lies as to why, I said F it. I ordered a regular black from Apple, be here 10/15.

Never pre-odering from Verizon again.

I ordered my iPhone 7 + Jet Black 256GB on 9/9 at 3:15am and my original delivery date was 9/28. It's been stuck on Processing without a date for two days now. I just called *611 and it says that it's pending shipment and coming by 9/30. I guess the date disappearing means that it's about to ship. Preordering from Verizon has been such a pain!

Great news! My cc was charged just a few minutes ago. I rec'd an email notification thanking me for a payment, then checked my bank account and saw the charges. So I am hoping for a Monday delivery!

I ordered JB 7+ 256gb on 9/9 at about 3:16am EST, rec'd confirmation email at 3:17am EST, with ship by date of 9/28.

Of course my status still shows "processing", but I been through this before and know it take a little bit for that to update. My ship by date disappeared this past Monday too.

So there is hope for that others JB 7+ phones will be shipping out for everyone else that is waiting.

So credit card charged last night 9/22, went into shipping status by this morning, took all day to see any progress but its 10pm on 9/23 shipping from PA, will arrive on Tuesday. I ordered phone at 3:15 am est when it was first available on Verizon's site with a initial delivery date of 10/5, then it changed to ship by 9/23 so it is pretty accurate. Now I have to wait 4 days...... I guess it's better then 10/5

Ordered my phone at 1:24AM MST I've had an estimated delivery date of 9/23 the entire time. Contacted a customer service rep last night who told me my phone had shipped, although I received no tracking info. He was supposed to provide me tracking info via email (this obviously didn't happen). Chatted another rep this morning to be told that my new expected ship date is 10/5. I wouldn't hold your breath for anything that supposed to be shipping before then. Super bummed.

Per Verizon:

"We are working hard to complete your order. Unfortunately, it will not be shipped as originally scheduled. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships, which will include a new delivery date."

Mine too... It was 10/5 all the way through the preorder, then 11/2 for days and days, then no date at all for maybe a week, and now back to 10/5. At least that's encouraging...

My phone has shipped! It will be delivered by Wednesday 9/28 after much back and forth with Verizon customer service. I wish they would recognize that because someone has to be home to sign for this device we're having to take off work and knowing whether your phone is coming this month or next is important!

I ordered at 6AM PST, same phone, same size, same color

My deliver by date has never read anything but 11/16 - except for about a week where the date disappeared all together... then it went back to 11/16 - my order location is W779201

I have a hard time seething that play out though. That being said, I decided if I dont hear anything by about this time next week, I'll cancel. Not when I can get a silver or matte black one from in store.

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to give an update on my phone situation. I cancelled my iPhone 7 Plus 128gb in Jet Black, pre-ordered early on 09/09/2016. The same day as my cancellation I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 256gb in Matte Black on 09/29/2016 and today it has shipped, regardless of initially showing a Estimated Ship Date of 10/26/2016. I hope this helps those of you who have been struggling to obtain a phone.
