Order Status

Hey all:

When I check my order status with the "pre-order confirmation" number it tells be it's being processed but when I check it using the order number (4 digits) it tells me there was a technical difficulty with my order. Anyone else getting conflicting responses?

You have to use your Pre-order number, not the order number.

So i have my order number, but i didn't get an email just a text message with my order number and the location... but i did not get a pre-order number so how am i able to look it up?
