Order still processing?

I checked my order status on http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/orderstatus/OrderStatusForm

I never received my confirmation email 2 hours after i placed the order like it had said, does that only come after they ship it?

Also they never charged my credit card, does that come after as well?

When did you place your pre-order? Some people didn't get the confirmation email for several hours. Some people got it within minutes. YMMV. Patience, grasshopper....

I placed it probably around 5pm EST on Friday Oct, 7.

I ordered mine @ 3am last Friday like tool and I never got email as of yet. I luckily took a screen shot of the order conf number and when I check the status it says

Status: Your pre-order will deliver by 10/14/2011
Ship Date:

I hope by not getting the email means they have my account/order screwed up, new lines. Others on this board have or are getting they tracking numbers already.

Weird you didn't get an email - maybe you typed in your email address wrong? Just checked and if yours ships, you should see a confirmation number when you check your order status. Maybe you can call them and see if they have your email addy correct. If they don't you likely won't get the ship confirmation either.

I did call and they said they have the right email. I only have mifi with them now so I added two phone lines while logged into my verizon account. Weird. The rep did say in her system it showed as prepared for shipping but said im reading my order status wrong, it should say ships on the 14th not received by the 14th. Oh whatever, just give me a dang tracking number so I know everything is cool lol

Just got an email stating mine have shipped. They are coming from Nashville, TN. THey are due to be here this Friday.

I ordered my iPhone 4S on sunday the 9th and i've been checking everyday since and it says the same thing everytime.

Mweis, just out of curiosity, what state are you in? Mine came from West Chester, PA, and I'm in NY. I assume you're in the Mid West somewhere.

Im in New Jersey but I dont have a tracking number yet, just know it shipped

Hmm interesting. It may be Overnight. Seems theyre doing overnight for some UPS orders. It may not actually ship until tomorrow but be marked for shipment in the Verizon. Hopefully you'll get your tracking number soon and know for sure! But it sounds like you'll most likely get it Friday. Good Luck!
