Help! I paid the "taxes" for my new Iphone 12 Pro Max so it could get sent to my house, but on my Verizon account it keeps saying my order is "on hold" because I need to "Accept the T's & C's", so I click it to go and accept, put in my order # and last 5 of my social, and then after I do that it pops up and says "The Terms and Conditions have already been accepted for this order" Help me! 😞

SAME EXACT ISSUE!! I have been on chat twice, talked to someone on the phone and no one seems to know. My payment went through, the terms and conditions were accepted and I signed and the rep on the phone talking my order said it all went through fine. I got an email saying my order was complete, now this! I talked to someone this morning who said it was because I need to turn off "find my iphone" on my current phone, so I did and she said it corrected itself. But guess what - still says my order is on hold and if I don't take action to accept the T&C by 11/22 my order will be canceled!!! someone PLEASE explain what is going on because this is flat out ridiculous that between 3 different reps this problem can't be resolved.
