PRL on iPhone4

I would like to see the PRL that is used by my new iPhone 4 but I don't see it anywhere. On my old Verizon phones, the PRL was available on the phone. Where is it on the iPhone?

Hello, the steps to view your PRL on your IPhone are listed below:

From the home screen, select Phone.
Select the Keypad tab, enter * # 5 0 0 5 * 4 3 5 7 # then select Call.
View the PRL / ERI.
The PRL / ERI numbers in the image below are examples only.
To exit, select Dismiss.

To update your PRL on your phone, you may follow the steps below:

Power on the phone within the Verizon Wireless coverage area.
Dial *228 then press SEND (this call is airtime free and may take up to 2 minutes).
When prompted, press 2 for the option to update the PRL.
Once completed, a confirmation message will appear to informing that the phone has been re-programmed with the new PRL.
Press End to terminate the call.
Power cycle the phone to complete the update.

is PRL vzns. preferred roaming list and should this be done manually instead of waiting for a push (what are the rules of thumb)

The PRL is the Preferred Roaming List and unlike other CDMA carriers VzW does not push PRLs out to end users at all, the only way it gets updated is if you call *228. Why don't they autopush? Beats me, Sprint pushes new PRLs automatically, I assume other CDMA carriers do too.
