This was pending on my American Express card on 9/14/12, a $ 1.00 hold from Cellco Partnership, Inc., which is a Verizon Wireless, provider. It also offers wireless devices in various categories, including 3G smartphones, 3G multimedia phones, and simple feature phones. The company sells its products through...so look for this as a pending/hold. They were probably seeing if there was money to hold.
