I ordered two iphone 11 pro maxs on launch day. Everything seemed to be fine, tonight i get an email that my order will be cancelled unless i go to the store and do cash pay. What the heck?! Ive been a verizon customer for over 10 years and Ive never had an issue like this. First off i live over an hour away from any store and Ive been on hold for over an hour and half. I keep getting the run around and no one seems to know what im talking about. EERRR
