Removed files, now no LTE service or phone, only wifi and internet

This morning I erased a lot of stored data from my iphone 6, very small cookie files. Some were marked Apple phobos with an ID number. After removing these cookies now I don't have Verizon LTE services. I have tried all troubleshooting recommendations with no result. Anything else I can try before going down to the Verizon or Apple store to get it fixed. (Which store should I go to?)

How did you erase files? Did you use a utility to see file structure on phone and delete from there? You may need to do full erase and restore if nothing works.

Are you saying you deleted files while your phone was connected to a computer by deleting files/folders in the explorer? If so...only thing I can think of is attempting to restore your device as new via iTunes. Also might try contacting Apple support if you can't get things working with a restore.
