I received my replacement today ,when i tried to set it up it said Sim card not vaild ? can anyone help?
This has been reported around here/there.
Call Verizon is step 1 and see if they have any fixes.
Otherwise do some web searching and see if any of the comments have fixes in them. Such as the link below:
