When calling a person at a local company via his mobile phone (type and service carrier unknown) I get this message "The service you are attempting to use has been restricted or is unavailable" He is expecting my call. How do I figure out if his telecom service is compatible with my Verizon service or if there is some other problem restricting my calls?
