I went to a verizon store today and tried to trade in the wrong phone I bought online. (I got a iPhone 14 plus, when I wanted a IPhone 14 pro.) But they wouldn't exchange it in store as they don't carry the larger sizes of storage I want. They printed out a label using another store's address but I caught it too late and the package is already shipped.
My question is; will they still know it's from me when getting it as I technically didn't use the label provided and is not my name or address on said label?
