“STAY CONNEXTED PROGRAM”

Hello, i needed a help badly about my Billing this month that im getting Charged for almost $350, which wayyyyy toooo much of how my bill usually per month, im getting charged from defferering that i didnt get notified that they will charged me for doing that since i did the STAY CONNECTED PROGRAM and ive been paying my bill normally and NOT paying of what they gave for whatever is the due.  I pay my bills ontime and never late.

I have been mentally exhausted with the exact same issue...Glad I kept all the evidence to file a serious complaint. Customer service is very poor and can’t even reach anybody. They reassured me twice that this has been removed but I am still showing high balances for my next 2 months bills. I have all communication in writing with the Verizon reps who messed up my account.
