I am trying to restore my contacts that were backed up on my prior phone with the Backup Assistant. I completed a backup less than 24 hours ago. It took me several tries until I finally got the access code for the Backup Assitnat. Now at Step 3/4, all I get is Server Erro - Backup Assistant was unable to connect with the server. This has lasted for over 30 minutes.
Any one else have this problem and if so, were you ever able to get it resolved?
