I am trading in my 10XS and have done the erase step. Now it says to take out the SIM card, but doesn't tell you how to do it. I saw another post that says you can leave it in and send it back that way. Which is it? And which will insure no one gets my info in the future? If it is to take out the card, I need some instruction. Thanks.
