So is the Verizon Trade in really a Scam ?

Honestly, I’m getting pretty worried, I have read everywhere that everyone seems to be having the same issue. No one seems to be able to get there trade in credit and I honestly only made the move to Verizon because of the great promo they had. I was offered $700 for my 10x max and it’s about 2 weeks now and still haven’t heard anything and I’ve been reading in some cases people haven’t received any credit in months! Some are even picking up lawsuits to resolve the issue.

I have been waiting 6 months on credits for trade in ... I have proof they received my phones ... does seem to be a scam

I traded in a phone also. It was checked in on June 16 and finalized July 2nd. I was nervous as well but it went through.
