Terrible customer service and terrible coverage in bay area

I was trying connect to Version customer service not able to reach.

Chat window / call  nothing is working.

Call drop 50% times at my home.

I was transferred 5 times tonight and WAS ON FOR 52 MINS. THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! 

THIS IS SECOND TIME IN WEEK CALL WAS TRANSFERRED and on hold and they disconnected me.

I need to file complaint with verizon
