Trading in 3 old phones (Apple 8Plus, Apple 8Plus, Apple 11Pro) for 3 new phones (all Apple). 2 of the old phones are showing in my account, the third is not there. Any insight as to why this one phone is not showing in there? I cannot process this trade without it. I tried entering it manually with the number and it wouldn't allow me to do that either.
