I sent back two iPhone 12 phones for the promotional credits. They were received on August 16th at 9:51 AM in Fort Worth, TX. I have both proof of deliveries which say they were signed for by 'LONG' and Left at 'Dock'. My trade in status on my account still shows initiated, it hasn't been updated to show received at the warehouse for assessment yet. I want to know why? I understand the assessment may take a few days, but I would have thought they would have scanned in these two phones by now to show receipt of them. I sent back my Samsung S10e and got an email back within two days it was being assessed, then about two days after I got my notification of my assessment.
I called Verizon customer service and they made notes on my account and agree that it looks like the warehouse has received the phones as my UPS official proof of delivery shows.
I'm hoping someone from that warehouse will see this and be able to assist. My wife and son keep getting emails asking them to return their phones for credit.
