Is there any rhyme or reason to whether your phone will ship Ups or Fed EX? I have always gotten mine through Fed Ex. I am in Oregon.

My 32gb white 4S shipped Fedex and arrived at 10am on Friday and my husband's 16gb black 4S shipped UPS, but did not arrive until 6:00pm. He was rather irritated . But the phones have been wonderful, no hiccups at all. Thank you verizon, UPS and Fedex!!

Due to increase in phone orders we use both FedEX and UPS. The only exception would be if you are employed by either FedEX, UPS, or USPS, in which case your phone would ship via your employer.
I trust this has answered your question.

Not really... I work for FedEx and mine came UPS. I would have loved to specify FedEx just so I could have followed it's location during transit. UPS did a good job though.

For me UPS would be better because they take it to their UPS Store if you are not home which is a strong possibility. Can we request UPS?

Good afternoon, CME25! At this time, we do not have the ability to request a specific shipping company. -Marshall

You are lucky with UPS in your area. Here after the 2nd attempt it would get sent back. Only way to send it up the street to the UPS store is to go into my UPS account online and reroute it there. We can also do the same with fedex here.
