Updating emergency address

I am unable to find the location in settings to update my emergency address in order to enable wifi calling. I have followed all the guides leading me to the page to enable wi-fi calling, but there is no option to update an emergency address.

Having the WiFi calling option awesome. Follow the steps below and you should be prompted to put the address in during these steps:

1.Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.
2.Restart your iPhone.
3.Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.
4.Turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.
5.Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
