It was Mother's Day on May 12, 2019. I saw a promotion online for BUY ONE GET ONE free iPhone XR. I jumped on the phone and I told the representative that I want to get the BOGO promotion. They told me that all I had to do is pay for 2 phones in the payments for 2 years, but after 2 months I will get 1 of the bills waived every month. I received my 2 phones and after 2 months, but both phones were billed month after month. I've called to complain, but the supervisor told me that there is nothing they cannot do because I did not qualify for their promotion. The timing was correct, but I had to add a new line. They will not honor the 1 phone free. That is the last time I am calling Verizon to place an order, and I am done with Verizon. DONE.
