Voicemail issues

After upgrading to IOS 7 I have had tremendous trouble with voicemail:

1) Calls going to voicemail without ringing

2) Not being able to access voicemail

3) Unable to change greeting as this function freezes the phone repetively causing it to reboot. THIS IS HUGE PROBLEM

4) The service reception seems to have significantly declined since IOS 7 update as well. Calls are being dropped more frequently

if this is today i messaged suppost because i cant make calls or texts and it seems like they crashed and by reading these threads sounds like the whole country grrrr

Let's get to the bottom of this Bamainnc! Have you tried backing up and completing a reset via iTunes here http://vz.to/17aDIPT ? Are other Verizon Wireless customers experiencing dropped calls as well? Try powering the device off, remove/insert the sim here http://vz.to/1bPJKGX and test. Thank you.
