I preordered 7 Plus 32GB Matte Black on 9/9 around 9:30 PM EST (I had to work all day and didn't have time to do very early preorder as I was still sleeping). My delivery date had been 10/05 for a while but as of yesterday my expected ship date disappeared on my order page. Hoping that means I'll get it soon but we'll see.
I received an alert from my cc company that my card was charged. Now my expected ship/delivery date is missing. It's been there all day, so I am super hopeful that this means they are about to start shipping phones! I ordered 128gb matte black 7 plus around 5:30am 9/9.
Fingers crossed for everyone with no ship dates posted! I will be watching verizon and fedex like a hawk tonight waiting for tracking information. I'll update if I have any changes.

ordered my phone on 9/9 got my email confirmation at 2:45pm central with a delivery date of 9/28 on 9/20 around 1am central my CC was charged and today 9/21 UPS delivered my iPhone 7 plus 256 black.
I'm really hoping that they are about a week ahead of schedule. I was really hoping to have mine for a wedding on September 30th... my delivery date is one week after.

I ordered a regular black iPhone 7 not the plus either and it is saying its not gonna ship until OCTOBER 12TH! Wth why??

Since my cc was charged yesterday afternoon and my ship date disappeared, I was hopeful for a tracking number this morning. Nothing. No email, and my account still says "processing, check back later". My original delivery date from day 1 has been today. Apparently that's not gonna happen.
**UPDATE** I still have not received any sort of confirmation or communication from Verizon, however, I was able to pick up a tracking number via FedEx with a combination of my order number and location number!
The formula is:
ORDERNUMBER_00LOCATIONNUMBER
1298531_001779924 <-------- that's what it should look like (I changed numbers here so as to not reflect my actual order number) your Verizon order number and location number should both have 7 digits. You must add the zeros.
So on that note- mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. The day it was originally scheduled to be delivered!

Well, mine are 7 digits, but that may vary from order to order. I would try it and see what happens...
Now I just wish I could get fedex delivery manager to work. It's been saying it's down for days now... At the time I had someone that could be at my house to sign for it, but now I don't. Need to change my delivery address or get them to hold it.
Just now received my tracking number from verizon. Only took about 19 hours after the cc was charged.

if I paid for the taxes in store when i pre ordered, will i get charged the upgrade fee before mine ships? it wasn't due to be delivered until 10/19 but my dates on my order have disappeared and when i call *611 it says its processing pending shipment??
I ordered early in the morning on 9/12 and hand a ship date of October 5th. I considered that to be very decent considering I didn't pre-order right away. A headache that still bugs me, but nonetheless, I got it ordered.
Just tonight (September 22) I received an e-mail saying that my order placed TODAY was being processed and that it will take up to 3 days to process before shipping. This confused me because I didn't place an order today.
Well, I checked online and now my ship date has disappeared. I checked my credit card and I haven't been charged. I guess we'll see.
If this is really on it's way, that would be fantastic! I really wanted to have it before a wedding next weekend (September 30)!

I was told on 9/16/2016 that if I order the gold IPHONE 7+ 128gb I would get it by 9/19/2016 so I ordered it and I have called the store all week then they finally told me to check my email and I can look it up myself. So I did that is when I found out that it said 10/19/2016 not 9/19/2016 which if I new I would have to wait that long I would not have placed the order and paid off my old phone. Very disappointed with Verizon. As well I was in line on 9/16/2016 for two hours then at 8 o'clock they opened the store and said they had no iphones 7+ at all. Two hours in line 8th person in line for a phone they was not selling.

The matte black originally had a 9/23 date and the jet black had a 9/28 date.
The date disappeared on my jet black order 2 days ago and nothing has happened.

My original delivery date was 10/19, but it went blank 3 days ago and hasn't changed. I'm hoping that this is good news because my iPhone 6+ died from touch disease last Sunday.

It seems the online PC version of checking your Delivery Date has gone blank for a lot of people. Mine as well. BUT if i bring it up in Safari on my iphone, it still shows the same ship by date 9/28.
I don't know what the problem is will the site on a PC browser version. But i doubt anything has changed.

I might try to check it on the cruddy Tracfone I bought the other day. I'm actually on Safari right now. I'm using a MacBook Air. Not sure if that makes any difference.

That's great! Although, HOW in the world did you get a confirmation at 5 minutes after the hour?? My PC wouldn't even show me the buy now page until about 13 after the hour! I tried two different browsers and kept refreshing over and over to get it to go to an actual page that said BUY NOW. grrr. I can't understand how some people actually got to a page to purchase it that fast. hmmm.

I honestly had no issue getting logged on. I logged on about 2:55 AM. I had to keep refreshing the page but was able to order around 3:03 AM. I had all my information prefielled in Chrome including my CC # so the whole checkout was populated for me I only had to varify my 3 digit number on the back of my card. When my order was submitted I received confirmation immediately.
i hate waiting and no updates... really thinking about risking it cancelling my order and driving 3 hours to the closest apple store that says it has 128 gb rose gold 7+ and hoping they still have them in stock... can't make up my mind cause i don't wanna drive that far and them say theres nothing. i wish you could pre order from apple using verizons payment plan
Unless you're without a phone at all, just try to sit tight and not obsess. I know it's easier said than done, but you *will* get your phone. Better to stick with your original order and confirmation that shows you pre-ordered, than to risk getting no iPhone. My pre-order originally showed a shipping date of 9/16. It changed to 9/28 later that day. I had my phone in hand as of 9/19, which was a pleasant surprise, but not the expectation set by Verizon.

I have a 9/23 ship date for 7 plus 128gb jet black. I have a confirmation email date and time of 9/9 @ 03:17 est. Was told I would have it in my hand today, was actually promised that. Then I was promised that they would expedite it bc I was given false information, turns out they're not allowed to do that. So I was lied to twice. I still don't have a cc charge or tracking number and my status is still processing. Something tells me it won't be shipped today either.
As an update to my previous message, I went to Safari on my iPhone 6 and I put in the pre-order number and that particular version still had my ship date as 10/05. Maybe it has something to do with the website because I see a lot of people don't see their ship date numbers on the website.
I still haven't gotten a CC charge yet so I'm going to assume it'll ship on 10/05. Not a big deal as I still have my old phone, but it looks like the ship date can still be seen if you access it via your phone not the website.

I know you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your new device, I would be too! I can provide you with some information, no problem. The devices and the shipping dates can vary by color and memory size. Upon review of my resources, I'm showing that the ship by date for the iPhone 7+ w/32GB is 11/9. Please keep in mind that this can change. That doesn't necessarily mean it will be later, since it could very well be sooner. Please keep in mind that once you are billed for the device, that is a clue that it has shipped.

I ordered a week late which is a source of irritation for me. I ordered the original 6+ the day preorders opened, but didn't get it till October 8th. That meant that my upgrade didn't come up till October even though I ordered and paid for the phone a month earlier.
I explained this the Verizon and added that my current phone was rapidly becoming unusable. I asked if I could get an early upgrade and they were having none of it. Two weeks later I noticed that I could now upgrade for a fee, but it was already a week after preorders occurred so now I have to wait a little longer.
I'm getting annoyed that later preorders of the same phone I ordered are shipping before mine. And that customer service can't tell me why or do anything but copy/paste replies to me.
Great news! My cc was charged just a few minutes ago. I rec'd an email notification thanking me for a payment, then checked my bank account and saw the charges. So I am hoping for a Monday delivery!
I ordered JB 7+ 256gb on 9/9 at about 3:16am EST, rec'd confirmation email at 3:17am EST, with ship by date of 9/28.
Of course my status still shows "processing", but I been through this before and know it take a little bit for that to update. My ship by date disappeared this past Monday too.
So there is hope for that others JB 7+ phones will be shipping out for everyone else that is waiting.

There is no rhyme or reason to that. The same thing happened with iPhone 6 orders. A guy I know ordered before me and I got mine a week or so before him.
For one reason, the link I have always used to check the orders status is now not showing the order of my iphone 7 plus. Had anyone else had this happen? Does this mean it is almost shipping?

Piratekiller, I definitely understand the anxiousness you must feel waiting on your order. I can help you with locating your tracking information. If you log into your MY Verizon account, and hover over My Devices and click My Orders> Click Check order Status> Recent Orders> Click Tracking. If you get there and don't see a tracking number, it is because your phone has not shipped yet. When it does ship you should get a text message letting you know that day.

I ordered right after the VZW website finally let me in around 2:13am CST on the day of pre-order. My original email said delivery date would be 10/5. Then that afternoon (pre-order day) I got checked status and it had moved up to 9/23. It stayed at that date until last night when my card was charged...and then I received tracking info from VZW this morning as well as an email from FedEx saying that I had a package scheduled for delivery this coming Tuesday (9/27).
Original order confirmation was 10/5. The moved up to 9/23.

Thank you for the information you have provided. Now I feel justified in being extremely frustrated! If you are getting TWO (256GB 7+ Jet Blacks) i'm wondering why in the world your's are getting processed before others, including mine. I received my confirmation before your time stamp.
I have seen ZERO movement on my order. I have also checked FedEx AND UPS's ship managers to see if anything is coming to my address. Nothing!

I just noticed that my credit card was charged. So I should be shipping out soon. I ordered on 9/9 when I could get on the site. My confirmation was at 3:30 am eastern standard time. I ordered the jet black 7 plus 128 GB. My original ship date was out 5th. Then it moved to Oct 26th. My shipping info has vanished the past three days or so as well. I hope all of you will start to see movement as well.
I've already paid the taxes in store so i know those won't show up on my cc but is the upgrade fee charged with the phone is shipped or is that billed to my account.. i've seen conflicting ideas and just wondering if anyone who has gotten charged can help me out?

I checked my order this morning and suddenly my ship date changed from 11/2/2016 to 10/5/2016. 10/5 is the date I was given in my original email so I'm pretty excited!

I'm sorry your phone is taking so long to ship! I received my confirmation at 12:35 but I completed the order around 12:15. I can understand your frustration because this is the first time I haven't received my phone on launch day. Hang in there, I'm sure you'll get yours soon!

I received my 256gb JB 7 Plus yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. I pulled out latex gloves to handle it. LOL I will say though, if you are OCD about scratches like I am, this is probably not the best phone to get. I already noticed some very faint scratches on the back and I have no idea how it happend. I pulled the device out and immediately applied a screen protector and a spigen case. I am annoyed, but I will deal with it and resist the urge to take it back. :smileysad: Good luck everyone!!
