I posted a few days back about ordering a gold 128gb 7 plus on Sept 22 with a ship date of 11/9. I looked on the site this morning and saw that the matte black 256 didn't have a ship date like the rest. So I cancelled my 128 gold and ordered the 256 matte and it should ship out tomorrow!
You do know you will be paying more for that phone a month?
I ordered the matte black Iphone 7+ September 12 but the ship date say's October 26th. Guess I'll have to stay patient.

How does anyone not realize that ALL carriers are experiencing a back order of some sort? It happens every year with the IPhone when the new one is launched. A carrier cannot ship out orders until they receive them from the manufacturer. They are all waiting on inventory from Apple. So, everyone that's complaining, I think you should take your complaints to the appropriate place.....Apple. They do this every year. People complain every year. And everyone still continues to buy them, regardless. I'm still waiting on an iPhone 7 Plus 128 gb Rose Gold for my daughter. I knew what I was getting into before purchasing it. I knew I would have to wait. So I will continue to wait patiently. Complaining to Verizon will not make it ship faster.
Hi Macie. You are 100 percent about your comment. Apple is the big problem. But if you read the posts it's Verizon who is taking forever to get the phones to their customers. You can basically walk into bestbuy, att, T-Mobile, sprint and walk out with a phone At this point. Apple also,launched in India and they are getting plenty over there also. Just wanted to put my two cents in here. Have a great day.

So, it sounds like they are running about a week ahead of their estimate shipping date at time of backorder. Yes, I agree. For me, personally, I chose the 32 version. I have a 16 gb 6 right now, and I'm not close to filling it up. Everything I want is accessible via streaming, so I don't keep a ton of movies, music, etc., on my phone.

I don't think I read anything on this thread with black, but I did see something about Rose Gold 128 shipping about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks ahead of original date.

Hey, I also ordered the Matte Black iPhone 7+ 128gb on 9/16/16. So we are in the same boat it looks like. Mine says shipping 10/26/16 as well. I wonder when they will send these out. Seems that the MB iPhone 7+ is more popular then the white faced ones.

Got a text message about an hour ago from Verizon saying they "received my order". My wife got her 7+ about a week ago. When they sent her this text it was the day after that she got a text saying that it was shipped. So my guess is my estimated 10/26 matte black 128gb 7+ will actually be shipped tomorrow or soon after. That is only if it goes the same as how my wife's was shipped. You should receive 2 messages. You're in the door for shipping when you get the first text message alert and its actually shipped when you get the second.
Yay... It's on it's way! Okay, this is how it went down... I ordered my matte black, 128 GB iPhone 7+ at a corporate Verizon Store on September 16, 2016 (am)... they told me October 26, 2016 was my ship date. And all I saw on my My Verizon page under Notifications (it showed the number 1 in the little bell icon) was, processing, ship date, 10/26/16. Then last night, 10/11/16, the bell icon showed 0... and it no longer said ship date 10/26/16, it said nothing for the ship date, but under billing, it now had a progress bar for monthly payments, though no progress yet. I checked again until I was too tired. First thing this morning 10/12/16, same thing... then I looked under the my orders menu... processing... an hour or two later... shipped, yet no email or text confirmation... about two hours later an email confirmation arrived with a UPS tracking number... I checked that tracking number at UPS for the next 4-5 hours and it said it didn't have any info on that number??? Then an hour or two later, it was confirmed... delivery will be tomorrow, 10/13/16 between 12:45 and 4:45pm, signature required. I'll believe it when it's in my hands... LOL! Though I'm feeling pretty confident & positive right now... Can I even sleep??? LOL... hang in there friends!! :-)

I am new to Verizon and CS is telling me different things. I ordered a iPhone 7+ Silver 128GB on 9/17 and the shipping date is 10/17. When I called on Monday, they said that it will be shipped on the 10/17 and received on the 19th. I called this morning and the rep stated that it will be shipped on the 19th. They need to get it together and be on the same page. "I'm trying to be patient." LOL

I feel like I'm the only one that got the 32! I barely use my phone for any storage, I'm sure it's a good fit for me - just would like to know if the 32 is running about 2 to 3 weeks ahead of original ship date proposal!
Pilot it's just a difference of a couple of bucks on the bill. The 32 gig is like 32 bucks and the 128 is like 38 bucks. I ordered the 128 gig and figure I would fill it with the important apps I need. I travel a lot and a larger phone with memory will come in handy. Whenever it shows up that is. Lol.
I got a 32gb, MB 7plus. I ordered on 9/25 (in store)shipping date of 11/09. I haven't had any movement, but in other threads I've ready that most 32gb are shipping out 2weeks before scheduled shipping date. I'm hoping this is true as I'm becoming very impatient.

Two months is ridiculous. Agree. Some of that is intentional (by Apple) to create publicity (we have so many orders we can't fill them all), some is based on supply and demand. Mine is 7+ matte black, 128G, 9/21. Shows 11/16.
If you ordered a Plus, jet black or matte black, and 128 or 256, those options are in shorter supply, thus backordered and longer wait times.
Sadly for lack of better description, they've got me "by the stones" because the $650 promotion expired. Even if I were to go to the store that has one in stock, i would lose the promotion.
just going to wait it out. I plan on having this phone for several years as I am not one that tends to upgrade immediately, i just couldn't pass up what is essentially "a free upgrade" from a 6 to a 7+.
I also came over from Sprint last summer and believe me it's more than a "one percent" difference in reliability. Verizon is light years above them and I would gladly wait a month or two for a phone that takes advantage of the network compared to Sprint, which had no data in the NYC outskirts unless I had 3 bars on LTE.

Looks like my 7+, 128, matte black ordered on 9/21 is on the way, Verizon just posted the $20 upgrade fee to my Visa, the estimated shipping was 11/16.
So 4 weeks early.
That gives me some hope that mine will be shipping soon. i ordered 9/25 with a shipping date of 11/09. I got a 32g so hopefully it doesn't make much of a difference.

I find it interesting that someone that ordered on 9/25 and has a ship date of 11/09 and I ordered on 9/29 and have a ship date of 11/23.
I am hoping that I am near the front end of that bubble and hopefully I will be closer to 11/09 (and 2 weeks ahead of schedule also)
I'm am frustrated! I call CS on last week and they said that my phone will be shipping out today even thought the expected ship date is the 19th. I'm pissed.
They are shipping early! We ordered (2) iPhone 7 plus 128GB in matte black, scheduled ship by date was 11/09, (ordered 9/20), just got email today that they had shipped and tracking information is up. Assuming 1 or 2 days to arrive our trade in phones will get there about a day past the 30 days. The 30th day since trade in offer for the $650 will be on 10/20. That's a bummer really. Hoping the phones come tomorrow, that way I can get the trade ins into the mail and maybe, just maybe, they will arrive right on that 30th day so I have no issues to deal with possibly! Dont know if anyone else has followed the thread about after 30 days the $650 trade offer could be void.
I ordered my phone on the 17th of September, the rep told me as long as you have placed your order before the 30th of September then they will honor the promotion. I hope that they are being honest because some of them are rude.
I have contacted customer service about the issue too, since my phone is backordered until 11/23 right now, and was told that you have 30 days from the date of activation so long as you placed your order before Sep. 30 - when the promotion ended.
Basically, when you activate your new phone and specify you want to trade in your old phone, they mail you out a box to ship the trade-in back to them in. The promotional amount was indicated on the screen before I confirmed the trade-in. (I did this with an iPhone 6 on the account when I activated my iPhone 7.)
I received my "trade in box" 2 days after I placed the initial order. Theyve been in my closet since then just waiting on the 7 to arrive.
The 30 days is from when you receive your new phone.

If you guys did the trade in offer $650 to trade from iPhone 6, 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, or iPhone 6s Plus for the iPhone 7 / 7 Plus BEFORE 09/30/2016, then you guys are good! You have 30 days after you guys receive your new iPhone 7/ 7 Plus. The trade in offer must be received by December 30th 2016 not 31st.
Example: If you receive your iPhone 7 in December 7th, you have until 12/30/2016 to get the $650 trade in offer.
Once you guys get your iPhone, don't wait. The next day ship out your old iPhone. Also remember to delete and restore your iPhone as new. Remove your information and disable Find my iPhone.
I also work at USPS, I see this a lot from people doing this when they send out their trade in iPhones. Please include your return address on the pre return sticker that Verizon sends out. In case something happens, USPS can return the phone back to the right owner. But keep that in mind. Plus I make sure the boxes are scanned and goes to the right location. So when you guys track the package, you will see your package details. Usually it takes 5 days to get to Verizon if you are in New Jersey/ New York area. Sometimes a little bit longer like 7-8 days total.

Well I cancelled my order and ordered the 7+ Rose Gold 256 GB and it says it'll ship by 11/04 so yes I do imagine I'll get mine before you. I'm sorry though. The wait definitely sucks! I literally waited 5 days and was beyond done lol
Going form note7 to iPhone 7 plus. Ordered the 256gb matte black on Oct 13 and says expected ship date of Oct 18. Kinda mad because the customer service rep made it sound like I'd get it the 18th. Hoping it actually ships because I got this extremelydangerous and flammable device in my house. ~SARCASM~
However what's the experience with an expected ship date to actually shipping and in hand? Never had a phone shipped ordered in store.

Ordered my iPhone 7+ 128gb Black on 9/20, and it was shipped on 10/17 via Fed-Ex 2nd day shipping.
Hopefully you can an assistance to me. My phone suppose to be shipped out tomorrow "two day shipping". Is your delivery showing that you will get it today or tomorrow? I know that it varies on when it was sent out.

lets just say I ordered my JB 128gb 7+ on the 9th... 6 hours after it went on sale and I still don't have it.
granted, its supposed to get here today - went home early just to make sure it gets signed over in one piece.. But that was a... almost a 40 day lead time???
Unless supply imrpoves - you MAY be waiting that long... but don't want to rain on your parade - if your wait time is similar then you should see it before then! Apple has to be cranking out the JBs as fast as they can, it's not good press for either them or the carriers.
what worries me is it took this long for me to get mine, and I ordered mine on pre order day - what about the ones who ordered that evening? on the 10th? 11th? etc etc etc
that said, I'm pretty sure theirs been a lot of cancellations or people who abandoned the JB for a matte black or other finish.

I agree with you, we're in the same boat. I ordered mine on the 24th with a shipping date of 11/30. I read that Apples 9 step process is very difficult and 30% of the JB variant don't even pass quality assurance. I would change my color to MB if that would mean getting my phone earlier and Verizon would let me keep my turn in deal. I don't think that will happen so I guess will have to wait.

I ordered the MB 7 plus 256gb on 10/14 and had my edd changed on me several times already in the past 24 hours. I had an initial edd of 10/18, then it bounced to 11/04, then to 11/11 and finally 11/30. Just checked a second ago and it went back to 11/11. Not sure if they are playing a joke on me, but it's getting ridiculous. They can't seem to make up their mind of when they are getting their stock in from Apple.
I have yet to receive an updated email from them. The last one I received was when I placed my order.
