Until then, I would just wait patiently.
Since the processing seems to be slow and in no specific order, when do you think it will be time to panic? I am thinking for overnight shipments that if your card is charged by tomorrow at 3pm you may need to worry. What are your thoughts?

Don't panic yet until Thursday. You could get your shipment info as late as Thursday and still have it by Friday. I was panicking too when I haven't been charged and my order wasn't even sent to processing. Then all of a sudden it happened in less than 24 hours. I was sent for processing around 11pm last night and checked my statement and I saw that Verizon had a pending transaction (it usually takes 24-48 hours for it to go through) so then I figured I'll get it shipped out tomorrow. Then by 10am today, I received my shipment info and it's set to arrive Friday.
