My rear facing camera and flashlight seem to have stopped working at the same time. Anyone else have this issue. I have followed all the trouble shooting. No results.
No flashlight or rear facing camera at all no correlation to power levels. Front camera works fine. I called tech support and followed all trouble shooting to no change in status. Had to send it in.
Let's ensure your device is working correctly. Are you attempting to use the flashlight at or below 15% battery? Do you receive any error messages?
