Got my son an iPhone se for Christmas and it won't activate and yes we've turned it off and on.
Login to My Verizon, click on My Devices, and then Activate or Switch device
I have the same problem. New iphone from Verizon for Christmas and won't activate, even through Verizon wireless site.
