Wi-Fi calling not connecting when I connect to wifi - running iOS 10 Dev B2

The only time my WiFi Calling will actually connect and activate when I connect to wifi, is if I go to 'Update Emergency Address' option and agree to the terms of service. It connects immediately after that, and that is the only time it will activate. Anyone else? iPhone 6 Plus. Running iOS 10 Beta 2.

Wi-Fi calling is such a great feature to have, bmd2012. Let’s make sure you can use this feature with no issues. How long have you had this trouble? What happens when trying to connect without going to Update Emergency Address? Does this happen with multiple Wi-Fi networks?
