I cannot see any where, how to setup Apple Pay so I can use it to pay my Verizon Wireless bill from my iphone6. Is there anyway to do this now?

We certainly don't want this to be a saga for you and want to see this cleared up for you. While Apple Pay is accepted in quite a large variety of venues, currently we do not accept Apple Pay for payment of invoices.
