I have 2 phones on my verizon account and woukld like to track them. any way to do that?
Assuming you are talking about tracking iPhones, the easiest I found was to install/setup the 'Find My iPhone' app on each phone and then you can track using another iphone or with a desktop/laptop computer.

Are both of your phones iPhones, or just 1 of them.
Apple provides a service "find my iPhone" which will track your iPhone and is available thru www.icloud.com.
both are iphones but my sister has the one i want to track

you can't track your sister's phone without her username and password for he icloud account, so just ask her for it.
