After upgrading to the latest version of message+ version 5.0.0 on my iPad, messages can no longer be marked as read manually or after the messages are read still show as unread.

On my old iPad model ME993LL/B running IOS 12.5.3, Message+ 5.0 does NOT leave read messages showing as UNREAD. How are you marking them as read 'manually' as I don't see an option?
We know how important it is to ensure your messages work correctly. Does this happen with every message? Are you experiencing issues with anything else? - VZW_ ChristianP
