Well I've pre-ordered two 512 GB Pro Maxs (Gold/Space Gray), my tax deduction for the gold one was taken out yesterday but I am still waiting on my shipping notification. And for the space gray, no status yet.
Mine says deliver by Friday. But order status still says processing
Mine just went out for shipping this am, was processing all day yesterday. Shopping date says Friday before 430 pm. Has an exception that it can’t be delivered early. Odd! I got the 512 gold pro max 😊
My taxes were deducted yesterday 9-17. Order says processing still but my estimated date is 9/20
I ordered iphone 11 64GB Black on 17th. Got the tracking number while back, shipping date is 19th, delivery is 20th thru next day (even though I had opted for the free 2 day shipping option).

My watch is supposed to ship 9/20, and I haven't been charged, or heard a word about it.

Received my tracking number early this morning. Should be delivered Friday by 8:00pm
thats odd tbh. i would think Verizon being one of the largest providers would have a better notification sytem for their biggest preorder to date. i put in an order on 9/13 had taxes withdrawn 9/18 and no TRK# yet. kinda big deal VERIZON!!!

Yea.. my phone isn't supposed to ship till 9/27 but my watch was supposed to ship 9/20... still no deduction, still "processing", no updates... Hope you all hear something soon.
Same here. Was supposed to receive today the 20th but still says processing. Called Verizon and was told the deliver date of 20th means the date Verizon receives the phone from Apple. That is a bunch of garbage.
I called last night and they told me that since they’re sending out thousands at the same time, that they might be behind. That was 1030pm MT. They added that we should be getting tracking numbers this morning. I still don’t have a tracking number.
I preordered the 11 pro max on 9-13-19 and it said expected ship date 9-19-19 but it's the 20th and it still says processing...🤬🤬🤬

Agreed. Said the same thing to the rep on the phone. Next time I'll just wait a few days and get it in the store. It's 2pm where I am, still processing. Verizon dropped the ball on this release. Pathetic considering it was not a big release.
I have been on the phone for 1:34 minutes. Talked two three people, been on hold for 15 minutes now after a total talk time of 1:35 mintues. The last guy sounded so on it and he said he be right back dont know what to do. Should I hang up and go through another hour or just wait. I confirmed my pre order for the new Iphone 11pro midnight green 256 gig three times. I have devoted a total of 2.5 hours of my life to guarentee another two year commitment to verizon. I always tell people to go with verizon as they have the best service and reception. The last rep even stated I cant do in store pick up as they need to ship the phone back of which I stated I could just give it to them at the store. He said let me work on a few things I will be right back... I am not upset just disapointed I have had verizon since they sold flip phones.. SAD DAY>>>>In sales you can have two out of the three principles: price, quailty, or customer service. You have exceeded quality in your stores and the customer service has been impecable. I was willing to pay the price however this incident is special. I am still dedicated however it is not about make a mistake its how you can fix it.. Lets hope for the best hanging up now.
Yeah there's something going on. I was told I'd get a tracking Milner today at least; that also didn't happen.
I tried calling VZW earlier, hung up after 38 mins of hold. I decided to try chat later and spoke to a rep. They said that everything looks in order, and my items will ship 10/4. After expressing my disappointment in not being kept abreast of the updates, as well as being a little misled, I was told they would relay my feedback 😐. I always preorder with Apple. The rep at the store was pressuring me into preordering through Verizon... I don't think I'll be doing that again.
Preordered 64g forest green pro and pro max. One was supposed to be a birthday gift on the 20th too
Received a tracking number yesterday the 20th at 230am and when checked it hasn’t even gotten to the facility (as of 530am on the 21st). I called tried to cancel it and just pick them up in the store since they had them available right in front of me.
After 2 hours we couldn’t cancel the order cause it was in shipped status.
called again later to find out when exactly they were supposed to be delivered by and after 3 different calls and two the store and the help line they say “should” be on Monday and that the tracking system is usually a day or so behind. I am pretty upset about the whole thing... and I highly highly doubt I’ll get them Monday.
I ordered the Pro Max Midnight Green 256gb on the first day of preorders around 12 noon central time. Estimated delivery by 9/27. Just got a text this morning at 5am that says it shipped and is expected by 9/26. Has a link to track it through Fedex but the tracking number doesn't show up in their syster yet.
I pre-ordered on the 18th, 64 gig green Pro. It did say shipping the 27th, so I hope it ships soon
I couldn't order until the 19th because I'm on a contract in a business account. I ordered the 64g gold and it's not supposed to ship until 10/2. I came here to see if anyone is getting their phone early.
I ordered the 11 Pro 512gb Midnight Green. Shippment date is Oct 15.

I ordered the 256 gb silver pro on the 19th. My "deliver by date" was 10/09. I just got a text saying the order was received. I checked my bank account and there is a pending amount for my order so I'm hoping it will be here soon.
Update: Got my tracking number today.
Did the same thing & got a tracking number at midnight last night. My tracking says that phone will arrive to my work in Nashville, TN tomorrow. Guess we chose the popular color option or something.
I ordered the same exact thing on Sept 13th. The estimated ship date was also the 27th. It is October 1st and I still haven't received it or any updated shipping details.
