iPhone 13mini unlocked

I am a Korean student currently living in the United States, and I changed my cell phone a few days ago. I want to get pocket money then i have to need to re-certify the Korean bank because I changed the phone. but I can't use it because it's locked when I put a Korean SIM card.

Cell phones including iPhones purchased from Verizon Wireless are SIM locked for 60 days from the date of purchase. This is done to reduce theft and reselling of the phones quickly after purchase.

Do you still have your previous phone? You might be able to use that phone with the Korean SIM card.
