iPhone 14pro Can’t receive messages from group chats with android users or send messages

I can’t send messages in group chats that have android users in. Nor do I receive messages from those group chats. I can’t send pictures to individuals with android phones . I already went into Verizon and I was there little over 2 hours with them trying to troubleshoot with everything they got and I’m still running into the same issue. Why should I get charged for a full service when I’m not receiving full service. This issue is now effecting my personal life do to not being able to communicate in work group chats
