I preordered iPhone 15 on Sept 21. I am still waiting for it to be shipped, or someone to communicate when it will be shipped. I have used chat several times, and latest operator said i "should" receive by 10/25. That is over a month after i ordered. this is not for the Pro or Max model, so why is there so much delay on my phone order?
