iPhone 6+ 2_Days_And_Still_Processing

I'm not too sure if I'm submitting the topic/discussion post properly, but I just want to get some clarification about some information about the pre-orders.

Basically, 2 days ago and roughly at 9/12 03:08 my order for my iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold (Full-Retail) was submitted with an ETA of 9/19. It is now 2 days later with no updates per the website content. I typically don't interact or participate in online discussions at last for VZW, but I have decided this time to do so. I have yet to contact customer care due I hate dealing with people over a line cause of the delivery if the information tends to be what some may call "inaccurate" with it being subjective and/or varying depending on the agent you speak with.

So I took it upon myself to contact the online chat support first to get some information with little to no results. I know for a fact and even VZW states they try to make the information relayed to us is as accurate as possible, but with no guarantee of a 100% perfect system. Therefore the chat representative said that there is no way that the email confirmation I received that dictates a 9/19 arrival date would be wrong. But as I said before the information relayed to us can vary depending on who you talk to. We all know that due the mass orders of the iPhones cause a delay in VZW billing and order track systems which sometimes results in us being affected by it also with incorrect information.

I just want to know if I or particularly any of us should be going based off the confirmation email received after placing the order with the delivery date, and also exactly why the order itself is still in a processing state after 2 says along with not being reported under my orders in my VZW account without having to do an alternate query using the order number and last name (which personally doesn't add up due to the last name doesn't really matter). So could anyone or any representative bring some clarity to this situation?

I'm in the same boat as you.  Placed my order at approx. 12:02am PDT on Friday the 12th.  The order went through perfectly, and at that time I was given a "deliver by" date of 9/19.  Confirmation email didn't arrive until about an hour later, but I did get it.  However it is now Sunday evening the 14th, and checking my order status online, it still shows as "in process", my credit card has NOT been charged (YES there is sufficient credit available to cover it, and then some) and more worrying, my shipping date is now being shown as "not available at this time."  Quite frankly I am getting more than a little bit worried, not to mention irritated.

Congrats on the phone! I definitely don't want this happy time of waiting for your brand new device to arrive, to be a confusing time! The latest information on shipping details will be listed on your My Verizon account. The email confirmation will be adjusted due to the sheer volume of orders placed all at once. So please go by the information listed on your account, it will update with current shipping information, once your phone is ready to ship. Enjoy your phone, once you have received it!

I don't believe you fully read what I said. I did dictate that the order information isn't noted on my physical VZW account under orders, but rather only available when doing alternative query using the pre-order confirmation number along with the last name associated with the order itself which relays the information back as still processing. I understand that many-many individuals also order through VZW as an alternative due to not being able to establish an order through Apple itself. The overflow of the orders results in delayed/inaccurate information, and that I understand. What I really want to know is the actual delivery information. I submitted my order at 03:08 EST and paid full retail price ($900+) which has yet to be charged and no order information exists besides the order confirmation in the email along with the still processing information available on the website which is NOT on my actual VZW orders in my account.

I spoke with Verizon and they told me that my ship date was the 19th not the deliver by date. They told me that although I placed my order at 3:06 am EST they didn't process it until 530 am, the time I received the email. I was given conflicting information from 4 different individuals. I don't think they really know what's going on.
