iPhone 7 camera and flashlight quit working

After only 2 days of use my new phone already appears to be broken. Tried to take a picture and nothing but black screen and cant switch to front screen. Also cant turn on flashlight.

Things I have done that didn't work:

Turned off and back on

Hard reset (press sleep and volume down until see apple symbol)

Updated to new iOS 10.0.2

Set back to factory settings using itunes

Any other suggestions? Really not getting off to a good start...

We want you to be able to utilize your device! When you set the device back to factory settings using iTunes, did you set the device up as a new device or did you restore all information right away?
