Woke up this morning and my iPhone 7Plus won't receive calls on cellular, on Wifi. I've gone through everything...anyone else have this issue?
Went to Verizon authorized agent and they tried everything...SIM card, etc. Said it is an internal antenna?

kzuehl1965, I am so sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your iPhone 7 Plus not receiving calls. I completely understand how concerning this can be and it is important to us that these issues are resolved in the end. Are you able to send and receive text messages and use data without the aid of Wi-Fi okay? Are you able to make calls?

I rely on my phone a lot. It's a huge concern that you aren't able to use your device unless connected to WiFi. Let's gather more details. Describe what happens when making a call using the Cellular network. Please include any error messages. Have there been any recent changes to the device (software updates, new applications etc.). What steps taken at the authorized dealer led to the conclusion it's the device's antenna?

Bring it to the Apple Store. They can run diagnostics and see what the issue is in less than 5 minutes.

There is a known issue with certain Verizon iPhone 7 models. The Verizon Wireless Customer Support on this forum should know about it. Our local Apple store had to send our phone to California for repair.
Apple has determined that a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices may show "No Service" in the status bar (even if cellular coverage is available), due to a component that has failed on the main logic board.
These affected units were manufactured between September 2016 and February 2018 and sold in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, and the U.S. See below for iPhone 7 model numbers that are covered in this program.
If your device exhibits the symptom described above, Apple will repair your device, free of charge. Your iPhone will be examined prior to any service to verify that it is eligible for this program. This program only applies to iPhone 7.
Apple will be contacting customers via email who may have paid for a repair related to this issue to arrange for reimbursement. If you believe you paid for a repair related to this issue, and have not received an email from Apple by the end of March 2018, please
contact Apple.
Below are the three model numbers that are eligible for this program. You can find the model number on the back of your iPhone 7.
Model number | Country/Region |
A1660, A1780 | China |
A1660 | Hong Kong |
A1779 | Japan |

Verizon, I have been having the same issues, but my number is A1661 from China. I was on the phone with Apple support for an hour and they could not help me. They said that my connectivity issues is on Verzion, which really is not helping.
The temporary fix of having my data on calls only is becoming problematic and an issue for doing work. For one, I should not spent a lot of money for a phone and not have it work fully. Sometimes my phone will say No Service. Other times I will only have 1 to 2 bars, but the phone will not even connect. This is even in the middle of a metropolitan city (Sacramento). My roommate will stand next to me with a different model iPhone, and is a Verizon customer, yet will have full bars and connectivity. I have had calls dropped and pages not load. I've restarted the phone, and reset it.
Any thoughts? I have one year left to pay off this (not working) phone, but I am already ready to toss it back your way for one that will work.

Having a fully functional device is very important because we know how important it is to stay connected, ainerising. With regard to the device, are you aware of any physical or liquid damage? When did this issue start and what troubleshooting steps have you taken? With regard to the reset, was that a hard reset where all the data was erased? If so, have you also restored from a backup on your iCloud account or via iTunes?
