The location of that Cell Tower according to https://opencellid.org IMG_1093 Latitude 21.526227 Longitude-158.233065 is about 1,000 feet west of Makua Valley Road in the Pacific ocean. I don’t know how this is possible. At 12:28:54 AM IMG_2128 my FTMInternal Field Test Information LTE Cell By Band Last seen: Thu, 12:29:10 AM HST +16 seconds. How can this happen?

At 1:20:27 AM IMG_2234 the Apple Compass App determined my location to be 21°32'36" N 158°14'27" W Waialua, HI 30 ft Elevation. GPS-coordinates.net IMG_1086 Latitude 21.543333 Longitude-158.240833 shows that location to be in the ocean.
At 1:21:21 AM IMG_2239 LTE Cell By Band Last seen: Thu, 1:21:34 AM HST +13 seconds. At 1:21:26 AM IMG_2240 LTE Rach Attempt Last seen: Wed, 11:41:38 PM HST.
At 1:21:36 AM LTE RspRsrqSinr Last seen: Thu, 1:21:46 AM HST +10 seconds CellID 336, rsrp -124 (dBm), rsrq - 9 (dB), sinr0 54 (dB), sinr1 -200 (dB), num_ subs 1, subs_id 0.
At 1:23:49 AM IMG_2254 the Apple Compass App determined my location to be 21°32'14" N 158°13'52" W Waialua, HI -20 ft Elevation below sea level. GPS-coordinates.net IMG_1091 Latitude 21.537222 Longitude -158.23111111111112 confirms that location North West of Makua Beach but not below sea level.
At 1:28:17 AM IMG_2256 the Signal Finder pointed South. At 1:28:25 AM IMG_2257 the Apple Compass App determined my location to be 21°29'51" N 158°13'44" W HI -60 ft Elevation below sea level. GPS-coordinates.net IMG_1090 Latitude 21.4975 Longitude -158.2288888888889 confirms that location but not below sea level. Can someone explain how this is possible. Thanks

The closest Verizon Cell site according to the Apple Store App Find Tower is less than 1 mile away IMG_0169 located on Maipalaoa street in Waianae HI 96792. My Verizon purchased iPhone 13 & 14 connects to it rarely.

Yes my iPhone is updated to Verizon 53.0. Yes on 2/2/2023 I had connectivity problems with my iPhone 13 & 14 next to each other the screen on the 13 could not connect Loading… while the 14 was connected to CellID 1857282 that made 10 repeated LTE RACH Failure attempts.

My Verizon purchased iPhone 13 & 14 connected to these CellIDs 1822754, 1850370, 1855256, 1857304, 1857314, 1858082, 78650390, 78650392

78650380, 78650400, 78698508, 78698510 that can not be found. These 2 CellIDs 1857282 & 1857312 made 10 repeated LTE RACH Failure attempts.
